三峡大学硕士学位论文 三 峡 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 PAGE PAGE IV Abstract With the rapid development of economic, there comes out more and more new constructions, the clients requirement for quality and technology getting higher and higher at the same time. There are so many quality management methods in the field of constructions, but none of them is perfect and all with same flaw, they have few limitations in management that can only control several parts of the quality management in construction, which may affect the quality management greatly. In order to deal with construction quality management systematically and comprehensive and improve the effect of quality management in construction, it’s badly in need of a new method to instead the old quality management method. The paper tries to bring in the method of Quality Function Development (QFD for short) in this situation. Firstly, it systematically expounded the concept of QFD, quality, project quality and quality management in this paper. Then it analysis the basic method of QFD and discuses the necessity and feasibility in bring in the method. Secondly, try modeling of quality management, paying much more attention to the way of collecting the Voice of Customer and the choosing of engineering measures which fits VOA maximum, by the quantify of index like engineering measures, relational matrix and correlation matrix. The model makes the key work clearly and has advantage in developing of construction quality management. In the final step, analysis the feasibility and rational of the model, what’s more, the results of the calculation help to point out the critical work and improve the effect of quality management systematically and comprehensively.
