摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘要 “材料自然环境腐蚀”除了积累材料长期的环境腐蚀数据外，还要重点解决自 然环境腐蚀性的处理及评价。近年来，在材料外观腐蚀特征信息处理中，研究人员 通过建立材料腐蚀数据库和数据库管理软件对所需信息进行收集、处理、存储和管 理。随着材料腐蚀试验研究的广泛开展，试验参数的增加，所获得的信息数据量呈 指数增长。在信息量的猛然增加，必须考虑信息的存储及处理。 数字图像可以方便应用在材料外观腐蚀特征图像处理，在计算机中，可以直观 的反映材料表面腐蚀特征，通过对腐蚀特征图像处理分析能够有效地评价腐蚀特 征。由于数字图像处理分析方法具有精度高、速度快等优点，所以，将数字图像处 理技术引入到材料腐蚀特征的存储与处理上，并进行材料外观腐蚀特征图像数据库 结构的设计与图像处理系统的建立。 本文主要对数据库技术、图像处理等基本概念和特点进行了介绍，并设计了材 料外观腐蚀特征数据库结构设计及相关图像处理，实现基于图像信息存储与处理下 对材料外观腐蚀特征图像信息技术及方法研究，为材料腐蚀信息的提取与应用提供 一个新的研究方向。 关键词：材料腐蚀数据库；图像分析；图像处理；外观腐蚀特征；腐蚀等级评价 I Abstract Materials of the natural environment corrosion In addition to the long-term accumulation of material environmental corrosion data, but also focus on resolving the natural environment corrosive treatment and evaluation.
