新常态下高铁枢纽设计所面临的几个问 题 倪剑 中国城市规划设计研究院 摘要： 屮国高铁运营里程占世界总量的一半以上，对于处于新常态阶段的高铁枢纽， 如何从设计入手，优化改善枢纽空间，使其更加符合市场经济的发展要求，更 好地调配商业资源，是必须要解决的问题。高铁枢纽综合开发设计的主要方法包 括：（1）增强前期分析、商业策划工作，进行多种专业协同设计；（2）设计共享 空间替代集散广场；（3）扩大人行交通面积，延长人行流线，将流线与商业空 间紧密结合；（4）结合轨道交通，构建“地铁商业+枢纽商业+城市商业”在一 起的新型城市综合体。四种设计方法可以达到以下结果:车站兼顾城市服务职能, 体验经济替代交通运输经济成为车站核心;建筑外形更加注重车站个性的张扬和 地域文化的体现;空间融合一一商业空间与候车空间融合。 关键词： 高铁枢纽;共享空间;交通枢纽一体化设计; 作者简介：倪剑中国城市规划设计研究院规划师 收稿日期：2017-06-28 ON PROBLEMS FACED BY THE DESIGN OF HIGH-SPEED RAIL HUB UNDER THE NEW NORMAL Ni jian Abstract： The high-speed rail operation mileage in China accounts for more than half of the total quantity of the world. For the high-speed rail project in the new normal stage, it is necessary to solve the problem of how to improve the hub space from the design, to meet the development requirements of the market economy and to better al locate the commercial resources. The major met hods of comprehensive dcvclopmc nt and design of high-speed rail hub include: (1) en hancing the pre-analys is as well as business planning work and carrying out a variety of professional collaborative design; (2) designing the shared space to replace the distributing square; (3) expanding the pedestrian traffic area, extending the flow 1ine, and combining the flow line with commercial space; (4) combining with rail transit and building metro commercial + hub commercial + urban business with the new urban complex. The above four kinds of design methods can achieve the following results: the station takes into account the city service functions, the Experienee Economy replaces the transport economy and becomes the core of the station; the building shape focuses on the station personality expression and regional culture embodiment; space integration is realized by the commercial space integrated with waiting space.
