’llI(IIE[1ilt ’llI(IIE[1ilt II II[1 1111 I[1 Y1 804746 基于生态学习观的虚拟学习社区的构建研究 摘要 随着网络技术的快速发展，特别是Web2．0技术的日臻成熟，以及终身学习 理念和人本主义理论的广泛传播和深入人心，做为重要学习方式之一的网络学习 也发生了巨大的变化。虚拟学习社区作为重要的网络学习平台，越来越受到人们 的关注。虚拟学习社区为学习者提供了一个开放的学习环境，任何一个学习者都 可以参与到虚拟学习社区中来，使个体获得学习能力，并实现集体智慧的共享。 但目前虚拟学习社区中师生教学活动的分离，虚拟学习社区结构的僵固带来的虚 拟学习环境的单一，产生了网络生态失衡现象严重影响了虚拟学习社区功能的发 挥。 本文从生态学的视角分析虚拟学习社区，将虚拟学习社区看作是学习主体与 虚拟学习环境构成的网络生态学习系统。在虚拟学习社区特征和主要功能模块的 分析基础上，结合现代学习理论和生态学习观的契合，构建了基于生态学习观的 虚拟学习社区的结构模型，分析了结构的生态属性，并对结构的主体因子和环境 因子进行生态分析，从虚拟学习社区的结构的建设上加入生态系统理念和动态平 衡理念，为虚拟学习社区的构建提供了新的思路，以促进生态虚拟学习社区的良 性发展。 而且，在生态学习观的要求下，借助开源学习管理系统，从系统性、开放性、 交互性、多样性和流动性开发生态虚拟学习社区。对生态虚拟学习社区试用后， 通过社会网络分析工具Pajek对参与生态虚拟学习社区学习活动的社会关系分 析，解释基于生态学习观的虚拟学习社区形成和发展过程的生态规律和生态功 能。 勾我们提供了一个新的思路，有利于虚 展，但虚拟学习社区生态失衡控制是课 习理论；社会网络分析；Pajek 、、、、＼＼ 、、、、＼＼ T艇RESEARCH T艇RESEARCH T0 CONSTRUCION 0F VIRTUAL LEARNn叮G CONN仉】．MITY BASED 0N CONCEPT OF ECO．LEAR全ⅡNG ABSTRACT With the rapid development of network technology,especially Web2．0 technology becoming more mature，as well as the lifelong learning and humanism widespread，striking deep roots in the hearts of people，E·learning which is one of the important methods of study has expedenced dramatic changes．Vmual Leaming Community as important platforms for network learning has been paid more and more attention．It provide all open learning environment for learners，then each learner Can take part in therefore individual Can gain learning ability as well as share the collective wisdom．But presently,the separation of teacher-student teaching activities and the rigidity of virtual learning community structure which bring the imbalance in the virtual learning environment，Resulting in imbalance in Network Ecosystem and seriously affecting the function of the virtual learning community． TKs article analyses Virtual Learning Community from the perspective of ecology,it thinks that virtual learning community is E-learning ecosystem consisting of the learning subject and the virtual learning environment．It builds a syntactic model of
