Firstly, sticking to the strategy of innovation driving, focus on stnacture adjustment and 〃transformation mode to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial strueture, to enhance the modernizeition level of geological work and to strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of geological survey units. Secondly, sticking to the strategy of coordinated and orderly development, improve the drawbacks from the industry extension, market segmentation, taient team optimization and other aspects to develop the pro fit space. Thirdly, sti eking to the strat egy of green and harmonious development, solve the pollution and other social problems in the development process, and take the social responsibility initiatively, to create a good image of geological prospecting imits and enhance the social recognition.
