新生儿溶血样本对检验结果的影响及新生儿采血技术探讨 吴娟1符宁2 （1海南省人民医院洋浦分院检验科海南洋浦578101） （2海南省人民医院检验科 海南海口 570311） 【摘要】目的探讨新牛儿的溶血样本对检验结果的影响及新牛儿釆血过程中怎 样减少溶血样木发生率。方法 新生儿未溶血样木30例，每例二管，一管作溶血 前样木，另一管立即人工溶血作溶血后对照。采血过程中自动溶血样木15例， 也与溶血前结果进行比较。所有项目都测定三项激素：TSH、FT3、FT4o结果 溶 血样本检验结果对FT3影响最大，Plt;0.01,差异有极显著意义。对FT4影响较 大,Plt;0?05,差异有显著意义。对TSH影响较小Pgt;0.05,差异无显著意义。 结论无论是人工溶血样木或采血过程中的溶血标木都能影响FT3及FT4的检验 结果，并从正常范围升高至异常范围，但对TSH检验结果影响不大。FT3和FT4 检验结果的升高，将影响新牛儿甲状腺功能减低的及时诊治。新牛儿采血过程中 有五点要素能减低溶血发牛率。 【关键词】新生儿溶血标木检验结果釆血技术 【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752 （2012） 30-0296-02 The impact of newborn baby hemolysis sample book over assay and the newborn baby gather blood technology investigation and discussion 【Abstract 】 Objective: Discuss an impact of hemolysis of the newborn baby sample book over assay and how to cut down hemolysis sample book occurrence rate in newborn baby spirit blood process .
