摘要 亚当·斯密是西方道德情感论伦理学的重要代表人物，同情思想作为其核 心理论集中体现在《道德情操论》中。亚当·斯密创立了道德同感说，并在此 基础上系统化了其伦理学体系，以同情理论指导人的行为，促进道德品质的形 成，对现代和谐社会的构建具有重要启示意义。 同情是亚当·斯密道德思想的主线。在绪论部分介绍了亚当·斯密同情思 想的研究背景、研究意义、国内外学者对其同情思想的研究现状、研究方法等 内容。第一部分阐述了亚当·斯密同情思想产生的时代背景和对以往情感主义 伦理学的继承和批判，形成了他具有特色的同情理论。第二部分重点阐述了亚 当·斯密同情思想的内容，包括同情思想的双重人性论即同情心和利己心的内 涵，作为道德判断依据的“公正的旁观者”与“完美的合宜”，最终将同情道 德情操落脚于人类的美德，呈现了亚当·斯密同情理论体系的完整性。最后对 亚当·斯密同情思想进行客观的评析，并进一步论述同情思想的理论价值、局 限性以及当代启示。 亚当·斯密同情思想产生的时代特征与我国现代社会有很多相似性，同情 思想为我国当代道德建设提供了理论依据，针对我国当前现实生活中出现的道 德危机，从新的视角提供解决方案来促进社会道德秩序的平衡，增强整体道德 水平，建立完善的自律型道德体系，为形成良好的社会道德氛围提供可靠的保 障机制，有助于建立稳定和谐的社会环境。 关键词：亚当·斯密；同情心；利己心；公正旁观者；合宜 I 万方数据 Abstract Adam smith is one of the representatives of western school emotionalism ethic, the ethical thought is mainly embodied in “Moral Sentiments”.Based on the thought of sympathy,Adam Smith provided a full set of ethical thoughts system,the sympathy for thoughtis about a moral quality formation of the moral theory,which has important practical implications.
