But as China’s economic system reform is depend ceaselessly, market competition is intense with each passing day, the small and medium-sized enterprises ‘survival and development environment is constantly changing, plus our country small and medium-sized enterprise own strength is week, the problem such as capital inadequacy, make its development faces a variety of risks, strengthen financial risk control and prevention on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises plays a key effect of. Therefore, the control and prevention of financial risk of small and medium-sized enterprise to improve the management level of development, effectively guard against financial risk, realize the goal of enterprise has important significance.
