By analyzing the influenceof annularleakageondifferentproductionstagesof intermittentpumpingwells,it is found that appropriately extending the pumping time according to annular leakage is favorable to increase production of intermittent wells,and properly improving the stroke frequency is conducive to reduce the impact of annular leakage and to improve the working efficiency as well. Intermittent pumping period has been optimized onthisbasisandisprovedtohavegoodeffectthroughfieldapplication. Thisstudyprovides certain reference for the optimization of intermittent pumping period.
