某大学公寓楼设计（方案A） PAGE 32 PAGE 本科毕业设计 土木工程 某大学公寓楼设计（方案A） The design of university apartment block （plan A） 某大学公寓楼设计（方案A） PAGE 31 某大学公寓楼设计（方案A） 摘要： 本次毕业设计是某大学公寓楼设计（方案A），主体结构为六层，总高24.400m，总建筑面积5400m2。建筑设计使用年限为50年，防火分类为二类，耐火等级为二级，防水等级为Ⅱ级，抗震烈度为6度，地震分组第一组。本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，抗震等级为四级，结构安全等级为二级，属丙类建筑，结构裂缝控制等级为三级，基础设计等级为乙级，采用桩基础。在设计过程中先完成建筑布局，采用天正建筑软件画建筑图，然后估算柱、梁、板截面，用PKPM软件建模，进行荷载计算并输入，再采用SATWE软件进行结构计算，最后绘制结构施工图。本工程还进行手算梁板配筋及承台配筋。 关键词：公寓楼，框架结构，计算 ，设计 The design of university apartment block(plan A) Abstract：The graduation design is the design of an university apartment（plan A）. The main structure has six stories，it has a total height of 24.400 m, and has a total construction area of 5400m2。The architecture design working life is 50 years,and fire classification as a Category II, refractory grade two，and its waterproof rating is the level Ⅱ，Seismic intensity is 6 degrees, earthquake grouping the first group.The project adopts reinforced concrete frame structure,its seismic grade is level 4,and its structure security level is secondary, it belong to c-class buildings, its structures crack control level is the third，foundation design grade is b grade,it isadopted for pile foundation .In the design process,I first accomplish the architectural composition,using TianZhengJianZhu software painting building drawing,then I estimate the section of column, beam, plate , and use PKPM software to model,then load calculation and input, and then use SATWE software to calculate the structure,and draw the structure,s working drawing at last.I also hand computation the reinforcement of beam ,plate and cushion cap.
