××××××××××××××××××××××××（论文题目） PAGE II 本科毕业设计 建筑学 宁波东部新城B-9#商务楼办公楼设计 Ningbo east xincheng B - 9 # business building office building design PAGE I 摘 要 【摘要】本方案最大的特点在于跃层的办公空间设计上。这一方案的由来是由于见惯了常用的办公室，所以希望能有更趣味，更实在和更高档的办公空间的出现。而良好舒适的办公空间可以带给用户特别的享受，那么如何进行？传统的办公楼标准层虽然简洁、经济、实用，但是设计感不强。我打算设计出一个高档、趣味、独特的办公空间，人们在办公室里办公，可以享受到与传统办公室不同的感觉。这是一个跃层的、生态性的、指向性强的、分区明确的高层中的独栋式办公室。我打算把办公室的两层并作一层，这样减少了平面的空间，增加了垂直方向的设计，使得功能上分区明确，并且整体空间感得到增强，在独立楼梯交接处还可以进行各种趣味室内设计，也可以结合室内小中庭，从而使得办公室的氛围和谐而不死板。办公空间的设计亦是这次设计的重要元素…… 【关键词】跃层办公；精致；立面这样片墙。 。 Abstract 【ABSTRACT】This scheme is the biggest characteristic jump a layer on the office space design. The traditional office building standard layer though concise, economic and practical, but design feeling is not strong. I plan to design a high-grade, gout, unique office space, people in the office work, can enjoy and traditional office different feeling. This is a jump layer, stablility, directionality strong, and the zoning clear the single-family type high office. Im going to the office two layers and the layer, which greatly reduce the plane space, increased the vertical direction on the function of the design, make whole space division clear, and improved, and in independent stair and can be all kinds of interesting carriageway interior design, also can combine indoor small atrium, thus make the office atmosphere harmonious and not rigid.
