Along with the rapid economic growth after the reform and opening up for three decades, the process of urbanization continues to accelerate in the area around the sites, the pace of construction and development of the village in the sites have significantly improved，Han Changan city sites facing the enormous pressure of the erosion of urban development. At present, in the site protection work of China, for the Relics security considerations, it is often relocate the local residents to the place outside the sites. Whether the contradictions between the development of the village in the sites and site protection is irreconcilable, is there have other solutions? All of these problems lies in whether the village production and living activities have effect on the ruins or not,,and how to affect. Therefore, the paper selected Gaomiao Village, a typical village in the Han Changan city sites for the study. Firstly ,carried out a detailed investigation for the basic situation of the historical development and current situation of the village, ruins distribution and protection. Then, systemitically sorted and classified the existing production and living activities of Gaomiao village on the basis of field reconnaissance， and according of the occurrence of specific activities, departed from the supporting construction and atherosclerosis aspect ， made a comprehensive analysis of the relationships between the village various types of production and living activities and the ruins.Thinking that different production and living activities have different impact manner and impact level to
