Now, such kind of environmental problem has made people more and more attention. The typical kinds of heavy metal pollutants including cadmium, lead, mercury, arsenic, chromium, etc.Most of these heavy metals are toxic and harmful to human being, and can be enrichment in the biont. The industries such as mining, smelting, electroplating and metal processing will emission large amounts of waste water containing heavy metal pollutants. If this industrial wastewater discharged into natural water body without treatment, it will be a great threat for the whole ecological system and human health. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of water pollution of heavy metals is a top priority work to protect the ecological environment and human being. Biosorption is an important method to treat heavy metal pollution in current studies. Compared with other methods, the advantages of biosorption is security, cause this kind of adsorbent come from natural biological materials. And this method will not cause large amount of sludge. Also it will not introduce any potentially harmful substances in natural water and Affinity with good environment, also have some sources, low cost, etc. In the materials for biosorption, agriculture waste is an important category. In this study we chose a typical kind of agriculture waste - fruit peels as the adsorption material. Use it to adsortbe the heavy metal ions in industrial effluents. By batch adsorption experiments, Contrast five kind of fruit peel of pomelo, orange, pomegranate, banana and component. The kinds of heavy metal ions including Cd2+ ,Ni2+ , Cu2+ ,Zn2+and Cr6+.
