Methods: 206 elderly patients with surgical operation were selected from August 2012 to December 2014, patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 103 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group were treated with nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing, and the patients in the two groups were compared with the patients in operation room. Results: the incidenee of infection in the two groups were compared with that of the control group, the observation group was lower than that in the control group P < 0.05.
