PAGE PAGE 1 贵州省龙里林场发展森林旅游初步研究 摘要 森林旅游是林业可持续发展和生态文明建设的具体表现形式。国有林场作为 林业的重要组成部分，是发展森林旅游的重要力量。通过开展森林旅游既实现了 国有林场的脱贫致富，促进国有林场的改革发展，又扩大了生态文化体系建设， 促进了林业的可持续发展。森林旅游作为新兴绿色产业和独具特色的旅游业，发 展迅猛，与其它旅游行业竟争日趋激烈。但总的来说国有林场发展森林旅游还存 在森林景观不丰富，统筹规划、合理开发不足，森林产品较少，开发资金跟不上； 森林旅游专业人员严重缺乏、经营水平低，森林旅游的理论研究不足，指导实践 跟不上等问题。如何解决问题，促进森林旅游健康、有序发展，为改善林场的经 济状况，加速森林资源的培育，走出一条不以消耗森林资源为代价，充分发挥森 林的经济效益和社会效益，促进林区经济社会全面可持续发展的新路，意义十分 重大。 本文通过对贵州省龙里林场发展森林旅游从植物景观、森林旅游项目、森林 旅游产品和经营管理上进行 SWOT 分析，并提出了可持续发展的措施。该研究为 相似的国有林场发展森林旅游提供了参考依据。 关键词: 贵州省龙里林场；森林旅游；植物景观；旅游项目；旅游产品；经 营管理 The preliminary study on forest tourism development of Long Li Forest Farm in Guizhou Province Abstract:Forest tourism is the concrete expression for sustainable forestry development and ecological construction. The State forest farm as an important component of development is an important force in the forest tourism. Forest tourism in the State forestry farms could realize the fight against poverty, and to promote the farm reform development, also expand the ecological culture system construction to promote sustainable development of forestry. Forest Green tourism as a new and unique characteristics of the tourism industry, developed rapidly, and to competed with other tourism industry. However, the overall forest tourism development of forest farms existed many problems such as few forest landscape; lake of rational development planning and forest products; shortage of the financing for development and forest tourism professionals, lower management level; and forest tourism theoretical research inadequate with the practice . How to solve the problem, to promote healthy and orderly development of the forest tourism, to improve the economic situation, accelerate the development of forest resources, work out a cost of consumption of forest resources, give full play the economic and social benefits of forests ,and to promote sustainable forest comprehensive economic and social development of new roads, are meaningful for forest farms.
