In this paper, the planning theory and tourism, regional economics, marketing, sociology and other related theory and knowledge are combined, according to the problems that Guangxi village tourism development planning have, such as the lack of scientific development operators, the lack of thinking and understanding, small scale industries, infrastructure is not perfect. We adopt the research method of the theories contact actual, tourism ontology the project design of Li Tang Zhen Long Shan Scenic area. Through the investigation of the resources and development conditions, we analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the beauty spot, and determine the theme that original ecology, landscape and leisure destination. We also clear the ecological tourism, vacation, leisure, meetings, water sports, health and leisure destination image position. At the same time, we describe its significance to urban and rural development. Project development will improve the local industrial structure, raise the income level of farmers around, increase employment, safeguard national unity.
