II II 望值等情况下，对记者行业的热情慢慢减退；受访的青年记者们身体状况 总体良好，他们很希望通过培训等渠道获取健康、保健方面的知识，以让 自己在科学的方法下调整身心，保持旺盛的精力。 关键词：青年记者 从业状况 媒介融合 全媒体记者 PAGE PAGE IV JOURNALIST CAREER THAT IT’S HALO IS GRADUALLY FADING AWAY THE SURVEY OF YOUNG REPORTERS IN GUANGXI ABSTRACT This paper is an empirical study on the condition of young reporters in Guangxi,mainly in the way of questionnaire survey and interviews to investigate.Questionnaires are for television stations,newspaper news,magazines and other media reporters in guangxi region, including Nanning city medias and other county medias.This article mainly from three dimensions to investigate guangxi youth journalist working condition: the psychological skill condition, professional skill condition and health examination. This research mainly in two purposes,first is to understand under the present environment of new media and traditional media symbioticed, guangxi young journalist working state and their view to news industry.Second is to find out the factors in the real environment which seriously affect young reporters in Guangxi , and try to put forward solutions if there’re any problems. The results show that, in general , different types of media reporters have defferent ideas in what’s the skills they lack of; professional skills and personal understanding are factors that young journalists universally regard as enhancement factors, school education and vocational training effects weakly on increase their skills; in common , the factors frustrated their working enthusiasm are the salary can not meet the expectations ,political control and always have contract ideas with their leader; Guangxi young reporters are responsible to their word, the dare not make a mistake, but as to the enthusiasm to work, there are quite a number of reporters in the condition of exhaustion of body ,professional ideal is not implemented and salary below the expectations, their enthusiasm to news industry gradually decreased; Young reporters which are interviewed
