胆结石围术期实施临床护理路径的效果 研究 闵春花 南昌市新建区人民医院 摘要： 口的探讨胆结石患者在围术期采用临床护理路径的效果。方法以随机数字表法 将2015年2月一2016年9月于我院接受手术治疗的胆结石患者90例进行分组, 分别予以常规护理(对照组)和临床护理路径护理(路径组)，毎组45例，对 比2组患者的临床护理效果。结果路径组的术后下床时间和术后禁食时间分别 为(1. 21 ±0.65) d、 (1.32±0. 54) d,均显著低于对照组(P0. 05);且路径 组的护理满意度评分较对照组更高(P0. 05);对比卫生经济学指标显示，路径 组有相对更短的住院时间和更低的住院费用，差异显著(P0. 05)。结论将临床 护理路径应用于胆结石围术期，能有效加快患者术后康复，也有利于良好护患 关系的构建，可显著减少住院费用及缩短住院时间，具备推广意义。 关键词： 胆结石;圉术期;临床护理路径;应用效果; 作者简介：闵春花，女，大专，主管护师。 收稿日期：2017-08-17 Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of cholelithiasis Min Chunhua The Xinjian Distriet Peoples Hospital of Nanchang City; Abstract： Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cholelithiasis during perioperative period. Methods According to the random number table method, the February 2015-2016 year in September in our hospital for surgical treatment of patients with gallstones in 90 cases were divided into two groups, were given routine nursing (control group) and the clinical nursing path (intervention group) , 45 cases in each group, compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results Path group postoperative ambulation time and postoperative fasti ng ti me was (1. 21+0. 65) , D (1. 32+0. 54) d, were sig ni fican tly lower than the control group and nursing satisfaction level;path group score relatively higher than the control group (P0.05) ;comparison of health economics indexes, hospitalization the relative cost of hospitalization time shorter and lower, significant differenee (P0.05) . Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative rehabilitation of gallstones, can effectively improve the patients postoperative time, but also conducive to the construction of good relationship between nurses and patients, can significantly shorten the hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time, has the promotion of signifiedncc.
