摘要水资源是基础自然资源，是生态环境的控制性要素，同对，又是战略性经 摘要 水资源是基础自然资源，是生态环境的控制性要素，同对，又是战略性经 济资源，是一个国家综合国力的有机组成部分。随着经济社会发展，水资源在 国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用越来越突出。近二十年来，由于经济社会 发展和产业结构调整，水资源开发利用过程中的供、用、排、耗水关系和用水 结构发生了较大改变。用水量的不断增长和用水结构的变化，导致水资源的供 需矛盾日益突出．本文通过对广东省各分区社会经济、供水工程及水资源的 供，用、排、耗水的调查，对各分区供水水源与结构及其变化趋势，生活、生 产、生态用水结构及其变化趋势，各类供水水量与水质的变化情况，与水资源 开发利用相关的经济社会发展状况及其演变趋势以及对水资源利用的影响等进 行分析； 并对现状条件下水资源的开发利用程度、开发类型与利用模式、用水 水平、用水效率、水资源开发利用中存在的问题等进行综合评价，综合分析了 水资源开发利用与经济社会可持续发展之间的协调程度。并提出了广东省水资 源开发利用的合理化对策。 关键词：水资源；开发利用；潜力；分析 AbstractWater Abstract Water lesouf∞is a basic natural resource and the dominate element of environment．Also，as the s眦gic economical lesource，it’s a great iDtegfm part of overall national st嵋n|陋．With the development of social economy，water rctoBro．冶 plays morc and more important part in the development of national economy and society．In the latest two decade，the relationship in supply,dispend,drain and col挝lme．as well as the捌nK恤of water consumption in the water r啪蜘悦 development and utilization has been greatly changed in virtl此ofthe development of social economy and the change of mucture in water consumption．Ceaseless increase in water consumption and the change of矾rocture in Wareqresoufce aggravate the conflict between water supply and demand．According to the investigation in social economy，wsteY engineering and W$ff罄lresoul∞in supply，dispend，drain and consume of subareas in Ouangzhon,this article analyses different aspects a8 follows： the structure and trend of watclsupply rivcrhead,living water,proce韶water, environmental water；variation in amount and quality of water supply；the development situation and its evolutive trend of social economy correlated to exploitation and utilization；i船influence on water utilization．Also this amclc estimates the degree of water resource development and utilization,variety of development and the mode of utilization,level and efficiency of water co璐岫咖 and the problems in the water∞乳mroc development．And it synthesizes仿眵 coordination between the developmen
