金地格林东郡房地产项目施工质量管理探析 ［摘要］随着社会的不断进步以及经济的迅猛发展，房地产产业在推动社会进步 方面发挥的作用越來越大，但是，就最近几年的统计资料显示，随着建筑项FI投 资的增加，质量事故的数量也在不断增加，而且绝大部分的质量施工都和建筑项 口施工过程中的质量控制有关，为此，如何提高建筑项冃的质量管理水平，如何 提高项口管理人员以及参与人的整体素质，如何加强安全意识教育等，己经成了 建筑项口必须慎重考虑的问题。本文将以施工质量管理的理论为基础，以金地格 林东郡房地产项FI的现状出发，分析冃前我国房地产项冃普遍存在的问题，并提 出相应的改进措施。 ［关键i司］项冃质量管理施工管理改进措施 Jindi east county green real estate project construction qualitymanagement analysis [Abstract] With the rapid development of economic and the social progress, the effect of the real estate industry to promote social progress is in creasing.
