[Methods]The occupational health field investigation, engineering analysis, occupational health detection and occupational health examination method were adopted for comprehensive evaluation. [Results]The qualified rate of dust exposed posts was 86. 67%, concentration range of grinding wheel dust was (0. 2~1. 5) mg/m3, welding fume was (0. 3-4. 5) mg/m3, metal dust was (0. 4-4? 1) mg/m3, steel dust was (0. 3-1. 2) mg/m3, quartz sand and dust was (1. 2-66. 7) mg/m3, knife grinder. The dust concentration which knife-grinder and sandblaster exposed exceeded the standard. The qualified rate of poison job was 100%, toxic concentration that workers exposed met the requirements.
