And the effect on the pow er quality in the powernetwork caused by cutting-in scheme of w ind pow er generation are analyzed. Then themechanism causing the voltage fluctuation and flicker by w ind turbines and the model of flickerm easurement are discussed in depth . F inally, the paper emphatically discusses the suppression methods for fluctuation and flicker.
