铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉卩坐治疗幽门螺杆菌感染活动性溃疡的疗效观察 张书荷 （天津公安消防总队医院300074） 【摘要】FI的 评估铝碳酸镁联用奥美拉卩坐治疗活动性胃溃疡的临床疗效。 方法将120例经胃镜证实伴幽门螺杆菌感染的活动性胃溃疡患者，随机分为观 察组（61例）和对照组（59例）。治疗第1周，对照组患者给予幽门螺杆菌根除三联 疗法，奥美拉哇（20mg, 2次/天）+阿莫西林（lOOOmg, 2次/天）+克拉霉素 （500mg, 2次/天），第2~6周给予奥美拉卩坐20mg, 3次/天，第7~8周停 药。观察组在对照组的基础上给予铝碳酸镁咀嚼片（500陀/片，3次/天，1片/ 次，）治疗，连续治疗8周。结果服药1天后，观察组患者上腹痛缓解的发生率 显著优于对照组（Plt;0.05）。治疗8周后，两组内镜下溃疡愈合总有效率差异无 统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）,但痊愈率观察组显著高于对照组（Plt;0.05）。观察组1 年溃疡复发率显著低于对照组。结论联合应用在质子泵抑制剂奥美拉卩坐和胃黏 膜保护剂铝碳酸镁治疗活动性胃溃疡，能更快缓解临床症状，提高愈合质量，降 低复发率。 【关键词】胃溃疡 幽门螺杆菌感染 铝碳酸镁 奥美拉卩坐 【屮图分类号】R969.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085 （2014） 22-0043-02 Evaluation of hydrotalcite combined with omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer 【Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effect after the treatment of Hydrotalcite combined with omeprazole in the patients with active gastric ulcer. Methods One hundred twenty patients with active gastric ulcer and Helicobacter pylori（H. pylori）infection were randomized into the observation group(n二61)and control group(n二59). In the 1st week, control group received H? pylori eradication regimen, patients received omeprazole 20 mg /Amoxicillin lOOOmg / Clarithromycin 500mg twice a day. In the 2nd to 6th week, the control group received omeprazole 20 mg 3 times a day .In the 7th to 8th week, the con trol group didnrsquo;t received drugs. On the basis of control group, the observation group received the Hydrotalcite Tablets(500mg, 3 times a day) for 8 weeks. Results After 1 days of treatment, upper abdominal pain remission rate in the observation group was was significantly better than the control group (Plt;0.05). After 8 weeks, there was no sign讦icant differenee between the two groups on the ulcer healing rate evaluated by endoscopy(Pgt;0.05). The recovery rate was significantly higher in the observation group(Plt;0.05). 1 years recurrenee rate of the observation group was sign讦icantly lower than the control group(Plt;0.05).
