中华普通外科学文献 （电子版） 2017 年 月第 卷第 期 （ ） • • 10 11 5 Chin Arch Gen Surg Electronic Edition , October 2017, Vol. 11, No.5 332 ·论著 · 腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术 460 例分析 周仕海  郭志刚  陈宏  邓辉洲  雒洪志  冯春在  邓庆炎  余元龙 【摘要】目的 探讨腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术（TEP ）并发症发生的原因及预防措施。 方法 选择2010 年 1 月至2015 年 12 月间在中山大学附属中山医院行TEP 手术的460 例腹股沟 疝患者作为研究资料，分析并发症的发生情况。 结果 40 例患者术后疝复发5 例（1.09% ），发生顽 固性疼痛6 例（1.30% ），腹膜分破22 例（4.78% ），腹股沟区及阴囊血清肿62 例（13.48% ）。阴囊疝、 术中出血量≥ 5 ml 的患者血清肿发生率明显高于非阴囊疝、出血量5 ml 患者，且差异具有统计学 2 χ 意义（ =31.954、4.084 ，=0.000、0.043 ）。结论 TEP 是修补腹股沟疝的良好方法，只要正确找到入 P 路平面，认清解剖标志，仔细止血，妥善固定补片，就能有效减少并发症发生。 【关键词】腹腔镜；疝修补术；手术后并发症；疼痛，顽固性 Prevention of the complications of totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair: a report of 460 cases Zhou Shihai, Guo Zhigang, Chen Hong, Deng Huizhou, Luo Hongzhi, Feng Chunzai, Deng Qingyan, Yu Yuanlong. Methods A total of four hundred and sixty patients with inguinal hernia underwent laparoscopic TEP from January 2010 to December 2015 in the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital.
