·786 · 现代药物与临床 Drugs Clinic 第 34 卷 第 3 期 2019 年 3 月 肾炎康复片联合环孢素A 治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床研究 翟 英，李 毅，李向东，赵 明 三二〇一医院 肾病内科，陕西 汉中 723000 摘 要：目的 观察肾炎康复片联合环孢素软胶囊治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法 选取 2017 年 3 月—2018 年 2 月三二〇一医院收治的 64 例难治性肾病综合征患者作为研究对象，所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各 32 例。对照 组患者口服环孢素软胶囊，常用剂量为 3 mg/(kg·d)，分两次服用。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服肾炎康复片，1 片/次， 3 次/d 。两组患者连续治疗6 个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效，比较两组的血肌酐、血浆白蛋白、24 h 尿蛋白水平和不良反 应发生情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为 78.13%、93.75%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05 ）。 治疗后，两组血肌酐、血浆白蛋白、24 h 尿蛋白均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05 ）；治疗后治 疗组血肌酐、血浆白蛋白、24 h 尿蛋白明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05 ）。治疗后，治疗组的不良反 应发生率为 18.7%，显著低于对照组的 37.5%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05 ）。结论 肾炎康复片联合环孢素软 胶囊治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效显著，可改善患者肾功能，且不良反应少，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。 关键词：肾炎康复片；环孢素软胶囊；难治性肾病综合征；血肌酐；血浆白蛋白；24 h 尿蛋白 中图分类号：R983 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1674 - 5515(2019)03 - 0786 - 04 DOI: 10.7501/j.issn.1674-5515.2019.03.045 Clinical study on Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with cyclosporine A in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome ZHAI Ying, LI Yi, LI Xiang-dong, ZHAO Ming Department of Nephrology, San Er Ling Yi Hospital, Hanzhong 723000, China Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with Cyclosporin Soft Capsules in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.
