府及社会各界资助力度小、资助程序不公平合理等问题，为艺术高校贫困 府及社会各界资助力度小、资助程序不公平合理等问题，为艺术高校贫困 生资助政策的实施现状寻求突破口。 最后，在总结现状，找出问题，分析原因的基础上，分别从强化公平 意识、优化资助项目、增加资助力度、加强法制建设、健全评审机制、培 养健康心理等方面提出对策，对完善我国现行的贫困生资助政策提出自己 的观点。 关键词：艺术院校；资助；公平 万方数据 A A STUDY ON THE EQUITY ISSUES OF SUBSIDIZATION FOR PooR STUDENTS IN GUANGⅪAIU’S UNIVERSITY ABSTRACT Since the reform of China higher education，education now has transformed into the public education，and because of this，the cost of education is increasing，and what’S more，with the expanded enrollment of colleges and universities，the number of poor students in colleges and universities increases rapidly．College and university students with financial difficulties are emerging in varying proportions nationwide，and the problems of poor students in arts institutes are more serious．Because of the specificity of art major，the financial burden of poor art students are more heavier than that of ordinary universities． How to carry out and develop financial assistance to poor students is related to people’S livelihood and social stability，and it is also relevant to the reality that every citizen has an equal right to education，and it has a great significance in cultivating high quality art talents and promoting social and cultural prosperity． This paper is written based on the investigation and analysis of subsidization for the poor students in Guangxi Arts University，combined with the achievements of policy practice in financial aiding the poor students，this paper makes a thorough and systematic analysis of the policy implementation， the problems and the causes in aiding the poor students．The paper attempts to make constructive suggestions on funding poor students effectively， successfully and steadily in arts colleges and universities． In this paper， it first introduces the current studies about subsidization for poor students in colleges and universities， and it also concludes the 万方数据 development development of funding policy in China．Then，taking Guangxi Arts Univers
