⑧ ⑧ 硕士学位论文 M^¨ER’ST¨巧fS 中文摘要 对许多组织来说．业务流程再造(Busihess Process Re—engineering，简 称“BPR”)是实现他们竞争潜力的途径之一，它有一个目标(显著的绩效改善)、 一个焦点(流程)和一项要求(管理者的承诺)。业务流程再造强调以业务流 程为改造对象和中心、以关心客户的需求和满意度为目标、对现有的业务流程 进行根本的再思考和彻底的再设计，利用先进的制造技术、信息技术以及现代 化的管理手段、最大限度地实现技术上的功能集成，以打破传统的职能型组织 结构，建立全新的过程型组织结构。 文章通过分析国有商业银行的现状，借用前辈的理论研究成果，尝试诊断 国有商业银行的前台运作系统、后台运作系统、分销系统和客户关系管理等， 提出了独特的再造技术，即将国有商业银行业务流程再造分为物流再造——建 立以客户为中心的外部商务平台、信息流再造——建立以流程为核心的内部信 息平台和组织架构再造——面向流程再造的信息技术与企业管理的融合，并用 实际工作中的2个流程再造方面的实例作了文章的结尾。本课题的研究是基于 组织创新为目的，帮助国有商业银行提供一套行之有效的业务流程再造方案。 关键词： 国有商业银行 业务流程再造 研究 硕士学位论文M^S1 硕士学位论文 M^S1 ER’S’l|IFS咚 Abst ract As to many organizations，business process re-engineering(BPR for short)is one of the ways of realizing their potentiality of competition，it has one objective (outstanding performance improvement)，one focus(process)and one requirement (promise of．the managerial personnel)．Business process re—engineering emphasizes taking business process as transforming object and center,taking concern to the demand and satisfaction ofthe customer as the purpose，to conduct the fundamental re·thinking and thorough re—designing for the current business process，by using the advanced manufacturing technology，IT and modernized management means，to realize the functional integration ofthe technology to the greatest extent，in order to break through the traditional functional organizational structure and establish an entirely new organizational structure of the process type． Through analyzing the current situation of the state owned commercial bank， the thesis uses the theoretical research achievements of the senior，attempts to diagnose the front counter operation system，the hind counter operation system， sub·marketing system and the management ofclient relationship for the state owned commercial bank，and puts forward a unique re·engineering way,namely to separate the business process re—engineering of the state owned bank into the logistics re··engineering--···-set up the external commercial platform of taking the cli
