广播影视事业单位薪酬系统研究与应用摘 广播影视事业单位薪酬系统研究与应用 摘 要 近年来我国广播影视事业迅猛发展，带来了内部机制等基础性管理建设滞 后的问题。薪酬分配系统是内部机制建设中的核心内容之一。它不仅涉及到岗 位级别、综合绩效和个人贡献，而且从根本上涉及到单位内部的组织文化和价 值取向，是提高个人和团队积极性、创造性并发挥综合效能的有力杠杆，也是 事业健康持续发展的保障。 本文在广泛调研我国广播影视单位事业改革现状的基础上，根据我国事业单 位人事制度改革的原则和方向，结合广播影视系统的基本行业特点，着重分析 了现实工作中影响和制约事业发展的分配机制中普遍存在的问题，运用薪酬管 理的基础理论和方法，研究解决广播影视行业的岗位、文化产品生产．传播和 经营管理等量化考核问题，以及个人贡献与团队合作，短期业绩和持续创新等 问题。针对电视行业中尚未解决且有普遍意义的难点问题作了深入研究，研发 了栏目价值评估、部门绩效考评、全向客户链考评、工作态度量化考评系统和 奖励激励系统。并将系统在一家省级电视台通过总体设计、分步实施的办法作 了试用，收到了预想的效果。根据实际应用过程中反馈的问题和建议，又作了 进一步完善，使之成为更具应用价值和应用前景的研究成果。 关键词： 广播影视 栏目价值 团队 薪酬 Ⅱ Broadcast Broadcast Film And Television Institution Salary System Research And Application ABSTRACT In recent years our country broadcast the film and television enterprise swift and violent development，has brought internal mechanism and SO on the foundational management construction lag question．The salary distribution system iS one of in internal mechanism construction core contents．Not only it involves to the post rank， synthesis achievements and individual contribution，moreover fundamentally involves to the unit internal organization culture and the value orientation，is enhances individual and the team enthusiasm， creativity and displays the synthesis potency the powerful release lever,also is the safeguard which the enterprise health develops continually． This article widely is investigating and studying our country to broadcast the film and television unit enterprise reform present situation in the foundation． according to Our country Institution personnel system reform principle and the+ direction，the union broadcast film and television system basic profession characteristic，has emphatically analyzed in the assignment mechanism which in the reality work the influence and the restriction enterprise develop the universal existence question，the utilization salary management basic theory and the method， research solution broadcast film and television profession quantification inspection questions and SO on post，
