Methods: Patients treated breast cancer chemotherapy in 86 cases as the research object, through optimizing the perfect nursing system, operating procedures, strengthen the nursing staff quality, strengthen the training of nursing staff and patients communicate measures implemented humanized nursing service. Key words Humanized nursing ； Breast cancer ； Chemotherapy； Satisfaction 随着护理模式的转换，患者对于护理服务的需求及质量 要求越来越高。人性化护理服务是以尊重患者的个人价值、 人格、个人隐私为核心，为患者营造一个舒适的环境，使其 能维持良好的心态接受临床治疗［1］。2013年3-12月收治乳 腺癌化疗患者86例，尝试实施了人性化护理服务，结果表 明既增强护理人员的服务意识，又提高了患者的满意度。 资料与方法 2013年3-12月收治乳腺癌化疗患者86例作为实验对 象，均为女性且经病理学检查均证实为乳腺癌，患者年龄 20?71岁，平均（49.41±1.36）岁。患者随机分为常规护 理组和人性化护理组，两组性别、年龄、疾病类型、教育等 比较，差异无统计学意义（P0. 05）。化疗方案：CMF方案（环 磷酰胺+氨甲蝶呤+5-氟尿嘧啶）26例，AF方案（阿霉素+5- 氟尿嘧啶）19例，AC方案（阿霉素+环磷酰胺）19例，AT （阿霉素+紫杉醇）方案13例，CEF （环磷酰胺+表阿霉素+5- 氟尿嘧啶）方案9例。 方法：常规护理组按照生命体征监测及病情观察等类型 的常规护理模式进行护理。人性化护理组在常规护理的基础 上，增加人性化护理措施，包括饮食护理、心理护理、输液 护理、环境护理及健康教育等。两组出院前发放调查问卷， 通过分析回收的调查问卷了解患者对护理服务的满意程度， 包括以下
