产科护理干预对母乳喂养的影响研究 潘妍 (商丘市第一人民医院产科，河南476100) 【摘要】目的：研宄分析产科护理干预对母乳喂养情况的影响。方法：70 例在我院产科分娩的产妇纳入木次研究，参照随机数字表法将患者分为两组，对 照组与实验组，每组35例。对照组给予一般常规护理，实验组在此基础上施以 护理干预，比较两组产妇产后母乳喂养率、喂养持续时间及产妇护理满意度的差 异，并予以统计学处理。结果：实验组产妇的母乳喂养率、喂养持续时间及产妇 护理满意率分别为100.0%、(6.7plusmn;1.7)月、97.1%,与对照组的80.0%、 (3.6plusmn;1.5)月、77.1%相比差异明显，二者差异运用统计学处理有意义(P 0.05)。结论：产科护理干预可有效提高母乳喂养率，并有助于延长母乳喂养 的持续时间，获得产妇较高的满意度，适合在临床推广应用。 【关键词】产科护理干预；母乳喂养；影响 Study the influence of the obstetric nursing intervention for breastfeeding Pan Yan (shangqiu first peoples hospital of obstetrics Henan shangqiu, 476100) 【abstract 】objective: to study the analysis of the obstetrics nursing intervention on the impact of breastfeeding. Methods: 70 patients in our hospital obstetric delivery women in the study, with reference to random number table method divided the patients into two groups, control group and experimental group, 35 cases in each group. Control group given conventional nursing, the experimental group on the basis of the nursing intervention, compared two groups of maternal postpartum breastfeeding rates, differences in feeding duration and maternal care satisfaction, and statistical processing. Results: the maternal breastfeeding rates, feeding duration and maternal care satisfaction rate was 100.0%, (6.7 + 1.7) months, 97.1%, and 80.0% in the control group, (3.6 + 1.5) months, compared to 77.1% difference, the difference was significant by statistical processing (P lt; 0.05).
