PAGE 2 PAGE 12 摘 要 随着社会的发展，科学技术的不断进步，生产力水平的不断提高，物质产品的极大丰富，市场供大于求，市场竞争日趋激烈，使得产品生产者在满足消费者的物质功能需求的同时，还必须关注产品对消费者的精神需求，因此造型设计已经成为了一种必然的竞争手段。 市场的竞争是多样化的，生产者在考虑产品造型设计的同时，也需要考虑产品的制造成本。以塑代钢在目前的生产中越来越重视，因此注塑模具制造业也在飞速发展。本次造型是针对一种游戏机塑料接口，从实用、经济、美观和消费者心理等方面考虑进行了设计，并对塑件进行了分析确定了注塑材料，确定了注塑模具的设计方案。 在产品造型和模具事业发展同时，三维设计软件也在飞速发展。本次设计采用了pro/engineer软件进行了模具的仿真设计，对塑件进行了塑料顾问，及时的发现在注塑过程中可能发现的问题，达到边设计边改进的效果。 关键词 造型设计，注塑模具，pro/engineer仿真 ABSTRACT With the development of society, science and technology progresses and the improvement of the level of productivity, the products have been greatly enriched . For market over supplies, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.At the same time, it makes producers in the meet of consumers demand for the material functions. Producers must also be concerned about the spirit of consumers demand. So product design has become a necessary means of competition. Competition in the market is diversified .The producers consider product design, and at the same time.They need to consider the cost of manufacturing products.Plastic generation to the present steel production has taken more attention,So injection mold manufacturing industry is also expanding rapidly. The sculpting aims at the shape of a game boy . The practical, economic, Beauty and consumer psychology are considered to the design . After the analysis of the plastic parts confirm the injection material and the project of the injection mold design. At the same time of the development of the schlpting and molding, the three-dimensional design software is also expanding rapidly. This design used pro/engineer software to imitate the mold design, make the consultants on the plastic pieces.With the help of the software I can discover the possible problem in the process of injection in time .For that I can make improvement in the design at the same time.
