AbstractOur Abstract Our counWy is m by the traditional period of making the transformation to the modernized society，the society makes the transformation is that the elements of the social structure is being split up and combined constantly．The unprecedented enormous changes all take place in the respects，such as political life，economic life，life style，behavior and so on，which must cause the change of value pursueing and value relation of the whole society．Review the development history of sports since the foundation of the state，cail find out that the value orientation of social standard has been occupying the leading position all the time．Though this kind of value orientation has play a positive role in order to bring about all advance in socialism in certain historical period，but with the changes of social structure and social life，this kind of value orientation has not been suitable for era to百ve the historical mission of sports yet．Choosing a sports value orientation that accord with of our coBntry special historical period and suitable for social demand for development is undoubtedly a precondition of sport sound development of our country．This text has analysed the reason，positive meaning and negative influence that formed the sports value orientation ofsocial standard，the transition ofthe society causes the sports values to change which embodies the sports value orientation of social standard has not been suitable for the demand for development of the social economy of our country yet，which also point out that the sports value orientation of our country in period of transformation is：regard the noumenonn value of promoting people’s overall free development as the finally pursuing goal，practise the spots value orientations which value of tools and noumenonn value each other are in concert and harmony．Meanwhile，the thesis put forward the basic principle of implementing this value orientation too：unify the principle in the value orientation of the course and u
