上海人学硕．1：学位论文AB 上海人学硕．1：学位论文 AB STRACT Auto industry iS one of the core industries in Chinese economy．With China’S entrance into the WTO，world auto giants have flocked to China．Chinese auto companies are confronted with fierce competition．How to promote technology innovation in China’S auto industry,develop technologies and products with its own intellectual property rights and thus enhance the competitiveness is an urgent issue for Chinese auto industry to deal with． This paper takes advantage of patent mapping techniques to analyze patents of Chinese auto industry．With the comparison of auto patents at home and abroad，it attempts to disclose the patent competition scenario in this field and thus assist in corresponding patent strategy-making．This paper consists of the following four parts： Part One(Chapterl)serves硒an introduction of this paper．It expounds the background and the current study in this field，as well as the purpose and method of this paper． Part Two(Chapter 2)performs as the basis of the paper．It introduces the concept and the classification of patent mapping，describes the making procedure of patent map and presents 7 application fields． Part Three(Chapter 3-Chapter 5)forms the main body of this paper．Chapter 3 portrays the status quo of world patents in auto industry,which includes patent zone distribution，key patent technologies distribution of the six auto giants in the world． Chapter 4 analyzes auto patents in China’S Auto Industry in perspectives of both administration—oriented and technology-oriented．Based on the previous chapters， Chapter 5 analyzes the strengths，weaknesses，opportunities and threat of patent competitiveness in China’S auto industry． Part Four(Chapter 6)acts as a summary of this paper．Chapter 6 finally concludes with the main outcomes of this paper and some fields for future study Keywords：Patent Map，China’s Auto Industry,Patent，SWOT Analysis VII 上海人学硕：I：学位论文原创性声明 上海人学硕：I：学位论文 原创性声明 本人声明：所呈交的论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究工作。 除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，
