利用微课幵展中医诊断学自主学习模式 的探索 曹彦 长春中医药大学中医诊断学教研室 摘要： 屮医诊断学是屮医棊础理论和临床各科的桥梁课，是一门重要的棊础课程。传统 的授课方式强调传授知识，教师是课堂的主体，学生被动学习，教学效果欠佳。 改变传统教学模式的桎梏，提高教学效果是摆在我们面前的首耍任务。在网络信 息技术的支持下，利用微课、翻转课堂等多种教学方法引导学生开展自主学习。 自主学习模式能调动学生的主观能动性，大大提高教学效果，学生的学习成绩 和学习态度明显改善，在今后的教学工作屮继续改良和应用。 关键词： 微课;翻转课堂;中医诊断学;自主学习；教学改革; 收稿日期：2017-06-22 The Exploration of the Autonomic Learning Mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostics by Micro-lecture CAO Yan Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis， Changchun University of Chinese Medicine: Abstract： TCM diagnostics is the bridge course of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical subjects. It is an important basic course. Traditional teaching methods emphasize imparting knowledge. Teachers are the subjects of the class. Students are passive, and the teaching effect is poor. To change the traditional teaching mode and improve the teaching effect is the most important task before us. With the support of network information technology, students can be guided to study independently by using a variety of teaching methods such as micro-course and flipped classroom. Autonomous learning mode can arouse the students subjective initiative, greatly improve the teaching effect, students ’ academic performance and learning attitude significantly improved, and continue improvement and application in the future teaching work. Keyword： Micro-course; flipped classroom; traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics; autonomic learning; teaching reform; Received： 2017-06-22 中医诊断学是中医学中的一门基础课，是衔接中医基础理论与临床各科的桥梁 课，中医诊断学课程中不但包含大量的基础理论知识，还要求学生掌握基本的 临床诊察技能，这就是屮医诊断学这门课的特殊性。所以这门课程学习的好坏， 往往影响学生后续课程的学习，甚至影响将来在临床的实践工作。作为教师，如 何教好这门课也是我们长期思考、反复探索的课题。 中医诊断学这门课实践操作性很强，它的特殊性决定了传统的“以教师为主 体”教学形式，难以获得良好的教学效果。必须充分调动学生的学:热情，让他 们自己动手去学习，去操作，去研宂，才能真正掌握中医诊断学的精髓。 自主学习，是一种与传统的被动学习相对的现代化学习模式，它注重学习者的 主体地位，培养学生独立地进行探索、分析、实践的能力，以实现学习目的。在 现代网络信息技术高速发展的环境下，“自主学习”模式呈现新的变化，学生 可以利用信息网络技术和资源自主地学4，并通过学4培养发现问题和解决问 题的能力，对养成良好的学习习惯有很大的帮助，使学生受益终身m。在如何 调动学生自主学习的探索中，我们尝试了很多方法，比如案例式教学法、增加实 训课时、采用多元
