Methods: 50 cases patients were divided into two groups randomly as treated group 35 case and controlled group 15 cases. The treated group used Adds and subtracts KaiYuZhongyu Dcoction and the controlled group used clomid. One menstrual cycle is a course of treatmen. After 3 courses of treatmen, Contrasting the curative effect between two groups, then analyzing the variables by statistical method. Results: Comparison of pregnant rate: among 15cases in controlled group, 1 cases are pregnant with preganat rate 6.67%.Among 35 cases in treated group, 12 cases are pregnant with 34.29% pregnant rate. The comparison of two group has significant difference statisitically(P＜0.05), showing that the effect of treated group in pregnant rate is better than that in controlled group. Comparison of ovulation rate: During 43 menstrual cycles, there are 23-time ovulation in controlled group, with 54.49% ovulation rate.35cases in treated group have 95 menstrual cycles, with 75-time ovulation. The ovulation rate is 78.95%. The comparison of two group has significant difference statisitically(P＜0.01), showing that the effect of treated group in ovulation rate is better than that in controlled group. Comparison recovery rate of basal body temperatur（e BBT）: During 43 menstrual cycles，there are 28 time BBT returns to normal in controlled group，with 65.12% recovery rate. The treated group 95 menstrual cycles, with 80 time BBT returns to normal. The recovery rate is 84.21%. The comparison of two group has significant difference statisitically(P＜0.05)
