多相复合轻骨料混凝土制备及其性能试验研究.docx

麻建锁，孙婧，蔡焕琴，白润山（河北建筑 麻建锁，孙 婧，蔡焕琴，白润山 （河北建筑工程学院，张家口 075000） 摘 要 ：利 用 废 弃 农 作 物 玉 米 秸 秆 、橡 胶 颗 粒 、聚 苯 颗 粒 及 天 然 浮 石 作 为 轻 骨 料 ，与 水 泥 等 原 料 复 合 制 备 成 一 种 新 型 多 相 复 合 轻 骨 料 混 凝 土 。 研 究 了 四 种 原 材 料 的 预 处 理 方 法 、多 相 复 合 轻 骨 料 混 凝 土 的 制 备 工 艺 及 配 合 比 设 计 ， 并 对 混 凝 土 的 和 易 性 、力 学 性 能 和 表 观 密 度 等 性 能 进 行 了 测 定 。 结 果 表 明,原 材 料 经 预 处 理 后 ，可 与 水 泥 形 成 良 好 的 界 面 结 合 ，提 高 硬 化 混 凝 土 的 性 能 。多 相 复 合 的 轻 骨 料 混 凝 土 可 实 现 自 然 条 件 下 的 养 护 。 配 比 中 ，当 秸 秆 纤 维 与 聚 苯 颗 粒 总 掺 量≤35%，浮 石 掺 量≥30%时 即 可 保 证 混 凝 土 获 得 良 好 的 和 易 性 、一 定 的 强 度 和 较 小 的 表 观 密 度 。 关 键 词 ：轻 骨 料 混 凝 土 ；多 相 复 合 ；节 能 利 废 ；综 合 性 能 Abstract: A new multiphase lightweight aggregates concrete is made of cement, natural pumice, abandoned crop corn straw, rubber particles and polystyrene particles which are made from industrial wastes. The research is focused on the pretreatment method of four kinds of raw materials, the preparation process of composite lightweight concrete and concrete mix design. The performance of concrete such as the workability, mechanical properties and apparent density are tested. The results show that raw materials can form a good interface with the cement after the pretreatment, and the properties of hardened concrete will be improved. The curing of the multiphase lightweight aggregates can be realized under the natural condition. When the amount of the straw fiber and the polystyrene particles is less than 35% and the pumice is more than 30%, the fresh concrete would be had a good workability, a certain strength and smaller apparent density.
