以作之参考。 以作之参考。 关键词:中学地理教师;教师自我效能;学校环境因素 Il apl:flication,the apl:flication,the result of the this study can enrich the theories of the geography teacher’s psychology and teaching behavior in order to provide some suggestions for cultivate and management of geographY teachers and improve the teaching quality. ·The purpose of this study is to investigate self-efficacies of junior hi曲school geography teachers in Jishou City and to explore the diff.erences of the teacher’S personal and school environment factors on seIf-emcacies in junior high sch001.The investigation is based on literary analvsis and questionnaire survey.The study employed questionnaire approach to collect data,the subj ects including 1 02 teachers from the iunior high school in Jishou City,98 is valid.The data was analyzed by the statistic methods of means,standard deviation analysis,t-test of Independent Samples,Correlation,The conclusions of this study are summed as follows: 1、In Jishou City,the self-efficacies for junior high school geography teachers iS above average. 2、T11e variables of academic and sex have no effe.ct on the overall sell-efficacy and the difference dimensions of self-efficacy for the junior III high high school geography teachers in Jishou City. 3、Among difference background variables,the teaching—age profession and staying position or not affect the overall self-efficacy of the junior high school geography teachers in Jishou City,hour ever,on the difference dimensions of self-efficacy.These variable have difference effect.The junior high school geography teachers with staging have higher self-efficacy than those who without staying position.The geography teachers with high profusion have higher self-efficacy than those with lower profession. 4、There is high correlation between the environment of the school and self-efficacy of the junior high school geography in Jishou city. Finally,according to the results and conclusions of the study.Some suggestions are proposed
