PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 作为一类特殊的复合词，回溯语因其结构内原本冗余的语言标记使得这一语言现 象有别于一般的语义扩大。目前国内外对于此现象的科普性宣传较多而学术性研究较 少。鉴于此，本文希望从语言学角度，对回溯语的产生、传播机制及其语用价值进行研 究，以期对此现象进行一个较为全面的阐述。 首先，本文从认知语言学角度，从范畴化、隐喻认知以及类典型的迁移和裂变等 角度，详细分析了回溯语生成的一般过程，并对此过程中各个阶段进行定性区分并通过 图示建立相应模型。 其次，本文通过运用模因论对回溯语的传播过程进行分析，发现回溯语中强势模 因的复制和传播，会产生大量含有相同模因的词汇，进而在一定程度上形成词汇层面的 语言象似性。 在分析了回溯语产生和传播机制的基础上，本文通过分类汇总在不同领域中的使 用案例，证明回溯语这一语言现象不仅出现在科技领域，在社会生活各领域中均有较强 的生命力。而这一生命力的根源在于在对话中回溯语具有突出的语用价值。本文通过案 例研究广告语中回溯语的使用，通过运用合作理论，针对性地分析了该现象在广告语言 中的语用价值。 研究发现：（1）回溯语并不是单纯语言现象，而是人类对于新生事物认知过程在 语言层面上的反映；（2）回溯语作为一个历时性语言现象，各种认知机制潜意识或者无 意识地在其生成过程中发挥作用；（3）强势模因在回溯语传播过程中被不断复制，形成 一系列含有相同模因词汇，出现词汇层面上的语言相似性现象；（4）回溯语中“原本冗 余”的信息在会话中具有较强的语用价值。 关键词：回溯语；认知语言学；模因论；合作原则 Abstract Retronym, as a special kind of compounding constructions, the “unnecessary” language maker, usually a modifier, makes it different from the general phenomenon of lexical broadening. Current studies on retronym at home and abroad concentrate on the popular science education, while the academic research is rare. This thesis focuses on the analysis of the coinage and transmission mechanisms of retronym and its pragmatic value from the perspectives of linguistics. Firstly, from the perspective of cognitive linguistics, this thesis puts forward a possible model of the coinage of retronym from the view of categorization, metaphor and prototype shift and split. Based on the qualitative distinguish between each phases in the coinage of retronym, the generation model of retronym is established. Secondly, by analyzing the transmission of retronym from the perspective of memetics, the research shows that because of the duplication and transmission of strong memes in retronym, a lot of words that share the same memes are coined, which leads to the iconicity of language at the lexical level. And by the summarization of retronym examples in different fields of society, the research shows that retronym has strong vitality not only in the field of science, but in various domains, which is because retrony
