中固科学技术大学MBA论文摘要 中固科学技术大学MBA论文 摘要 ，目前，中国建设银行已发展成为一家国有商业银行。随着商业化改革的不断 深入，全行各项业务都取得了长足的发展。但是在发展过程中也出现了许多问题， 其中基层行会计方面的问题比较突出，尤其是会计部位的大案要案的不断出现给 建行的改革和发展带来巨大的损失和影响。会计作为建行经营管理的基础，为建 行的发展提供有利的支持，加强基层行会计管理已成为建行会计工作的当务之 急。 本文通过对基层行会计管理方面存在的问题的研究，并结合案例的分析，找 出造成这些问题的主要原因，运用管理学方面的原理，提出若干相应的对策。 本文包括五部分。第一部分论述商业银行会计及会计管理的重要性：第二部 分对建行会计管理进行简要介绍；第三部分指出目前建行基层行会计管理存在的 问题并加以分析；第四部分是案例分析，旨在加强本文的实践性。最后一部分提 出加强基层会计管理的途径，它从三个方面进行了论述。 关键词：建设银行、会计管理、j翁径 Abstract China Constmction Bank(CCB)has been becoming a state—owned commercial bank． With the development of commercial refolTn．Progress in depth has been made in many functions but many problems occu玎ed during these period．The problem of accountancy at branches of CCB is outstanding．Particularly many major lawsuits frequently resulted in the heavy【osses and destroyed the prestige of CCB．As the basis of operation of CCB accountancy would suppon the development of CCB． n is urgent for CCl3 to reinforoe the management of accountancy． This paper is to find out the major causes of these problems by researching problems of branches in aspect of the management of accountancy and analyzing one case． Several different approaches are used to deal with these problems combined with the primary principles ofmanagement． This paper is composed of five chapters．The first chapter points out the importance of accountancy and management of accountancy in commercial banks．The second chapter introduces the essential situation about the management of accountancy of CCB The third chapter designates and analyzes problems of branches in aspect of management of accountancy The fourth chapter provides one case to strengthen argument of the thesis．The last chapter expounds the ways from three aspects to reinforce the management ofaccountancy Key word：CCB，Management of Accountancy．Approach ㈣‘越谜吐n{{J：坫Jz；}r台汁t J咀的符卜j垒f} USTC车m$898204002 中国科学技术火学MBA论文引言 中国科学技术火学MBA论文 引言 建行向商业银行转轨已有七个年头，发展成为一个拥有40多万员工、几万 个机构网点，分支机构遍布全国各地的庞大的金融机构。在这七年中
