Particularly,Chinese State Council released two“eight regulations”in me first halfyear of 2005 to stabilize housing price due to the fact that Chinese real。8tate market price has rose continually,especially,partial large and middle cities’housing price has increased SO fast from 2003.As a resuIt.the rise trend of housing price has effectively restrained.Survive or not is alternative that firms must choose.Therefore,how to strengthen cost management,control and reduce project costs are problems that real estate finns in Chengdu must solve currently.Based on the above situation.studv ofdetailed solutions to strengthen project cost management is meaningful. This thesis deeply studies and finds six solutions and methods to strengthen project cost management through analyzing the problems in real estate firms in Chengdu currently during the project cost management process. This thesis has two parts. The first part is composed by two chapters.The first chapter demonstrates the significance of strengthening project cost management from the following three perspectives:market variety adaptation ability: macro economy adaptation ability and market challenge adaptation ability. j ne second chapter analyzes current problems real estate fims have in project cost management.
