I I 摘要 徽商作为中国古代十大商帮之一,曾雄霸商界数百年，鼎盛时期达到“无徽 不成镇”之程度。徽商将以“儒”为主旋律的中华传统文化理论运用于商业活动 中，形成了独特的经商思路和商业伦理，徽商受传统儒家伦理文化的熏陶,“贾 而好儒”，力求用儒学来规范自己的行为，正确处理利与义的关系,做到“利缘义 取”，将信誉作为经商之本，诚实经商，看重自身职业素养，依靠信守承诺在商 界打拼属于自己的局面。从徽商伦理的生成、发展角度看，徽商是一种典型的极 有特色的文化商人，其商人文化的特质主要受两种不同走向的社会文明的影响： 一是具有产业资本概念的早期资本主义萌芽思想，表现为明清时代商品经济的存 在状态及发展态势；一是带有显著封建烙印的儒家伦理文化思想，表现为全面渗 透封建社会经济、政治、文化等各层面。折射儒家伦理文化中心思想的徽商伦理， 对于当时徽商的商业发展所起积极的作用是有目共睹的，与此同时其历史局限性 也是显而易见的，“仕”的官本位社会的终极诱惑，导致取儒而非取贾；徽商文 化与社会重归封闭是其衰落的必然结果；封建性是徽商走向衰亡的必然走向；通 过对徽商伦理的研究，我们一方面可以认识到中国传统文化对中国封建社会各个 领域的深刻影响，另一方面也可促进现代中国社会主义市场经济商业伦理的发展 与完善。 关键词：徽商；徽商伦理；经济伦理；现代启示 II II Abstract As one of the top ten factions in ancient China, Huizhou merchants once dominated the business community hundreds of years ,reaching the degree No Huizhou merchants ,No town. Huizhou merchants, influenced by traditional Confucianism culture,formed the special business ethics.As the proverb going,”To learn the Confucianism theory was accordanced with the business”, Huizhou merchants seeked to use Confucianism to regulate their behavior, treated the relationship between profit and justice correctly, achieved profit from justice.Huizhou merchants used the credibility as the rule of business, did business honestly, valued their professionalism, enlarged their business relying on the commitment of promise . Huizhou merchants were typical businessmen with unique culture form the angle of their ethics, their business culture is mainly affected by the characteristics of two different orientation of the impact of a civilized society:one was the concept of industrial capital with early budding capitalist thought, manifested in the Ming and Qing Dynasties time the existence of the commodity economy status and development trend; the other was the significant feudal idea of Confucian ethics, performance for the full infiltration of the feudal socio-economic, political and cultural dimensions.
