中文摘要 中文摘要 万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 技师院校承担着为国家培养专业技能和专业素质的蓝领工人的历史使命，伴随着技师 院校的职业教育的发展，学生的职业道德教育也越来越受到人们的重视。长期以来，我国 技师类院校的职业教育存在着注重对学生专业课程的教育和专业技术水平的提高，轻视技 师类院校学生的职业道德教育，结果导致很多技师类院校学生毕业后在工作岗位上出现职 业道德缺失的事件，技师类院校毕业生身上所展示出来的职业道德情况也令人堪忧，所以 加强技师类院校学生职业道德教育迫在眉睫。因此，在重视职业教育发展的同时，我们不 能忽视技师类院校学生的职业道德教育存在的问题。本文通过在教学中发现的问题，通过 文献研究法、理论与实践相结合等研究方法对技师院校学生的职业道德教育的问题进行分 析，并且针对这些存在的问题，提出了相应的解决对策。 本文主要由四部分组成。第一部分是文章的绪论；第二部是分技师院校学生职业道德 理论概述；第三部分是技师院校学生职业道德教育及问题分析；第四部分是技师院校学生 职业道德教育的对策。 关键词：技师院校；学生职业道德教育 I 牡丹江师范学院硕士学位论文 牡丹江师范学院硕士学位论文 Abstract The mechanic colleges shoulder the training of professional skills and professional quality for the country ’s blue collar workers historical mission, accompanied by the development of occupation education technician college, occupation moral education to students is becoming more and more attention. long term since, occupation education in our technician colleges exist to attach importance to education and professional and technical level of students’ professional courses to improve students’ moral education, occupation despise technician colleges.
