可调钠透析治疗维持性血液透析高血压患 者的临床疗效观 ［摘要］目的探讨可调钠透析治疗维持性血液透析高血 压患者的临床疗效。方法选择2011年6月?2013年6月 就诊于我院的维持性血液透析高血压患者42例作为研究观 察对象，将入选患者按照透析方式分为观察组22例和对照 组20例，对照组患者给予常规标准透析，观察组患者给予 可调钠透析，观察两组患者临床疗效。结果对两组患者透 析前后进行血压、心率和血清钠离子浓度的测量和对比，结 果显示，治疗前两组血压、心率和血清纳离子浓度均无显著 差异（P〉0.05）;观察组透析后舒张压和收缩压均明显降低， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）;对照组透析后心率、血压和 血清钠离子浓度均无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论可调钠透 析对维持性透析高血压患者作用较为明显，能够明显降低患 者血压，同时对患者血清钠离子浓度和心率没有明显的影 响，值得临床推广应用。 ［关键词］可调钠透析；标准透析；高血压；纳离子浓 度 ［中图分类号］R544. 1 ［文献标识码］B ［文章编号］ 1673-9701 （2014） 33-0121-03 ［Abstract］ Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of variable sodium dialysis for treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 42 maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension were chosen and according to dialysis methods divided into observation group 22 cases and control group 20 cases. Control group was given routine standard dialysis while observation group was given variable sodium dialysis. Clinical effects of the 2 groups were observed. Results Blood pressure ， heart rate and serum sodium concentration of the 2 groups before and after dialysis were measured and compared. The results showed that no significant difference existed between the 2 groups on blood pressure ， heart rate and serum sodium concentration before treatment ( P0.05 ) ； After dialysis, DBP and SBP of observation group were both declined obviously (P0. 05)； After dialysis, there were no significant differences on blood pressure, heart rate and serum sodium concentration of control group (P〉0. 05) .
