A Study On Mechatronics Of The Accurate Positioning Device And Control System
ABSTRACT
This paper introduces a work based on the advanced research project as the background.According to the project request,a mechanical and electrical component related to research is selected as the research target.Based on the application of Mechanical design technology,PLC technology,Sensor technology,automatic control technology , the numerical control technology,and so on , a complete design of mechatronic system is designed in this paper . The device integrating electrical,
mechanical and control as a whole, including driving and the driven part, information processing, testing part and power part and control part. There are three kinds of external interface: mechanical Interface, signal interface, energy interface . through three interface can realize the upper machine to lower machine and the control of the
positioning device.The mechanical and electrical integration accurate positioning
device and control system technology be applied not only to the micro assembly area,Micro machine information ,but also be applied in the microelectronics industry, precision measurement, ultra precision machining, semiconductor lithography, biological cells and nano technology, etc.
This paper concentrates mainly on three research areas: structure design, dynamics analysis, electronic control. through three aspects of system analysis: the simulation analysis of ball screw pair contact Characteristics based on ADAM , According to the
project request,the system design has been proposed and the ball screw pair of
transmission system has been determined; study of several ways of PLC , the human-computer interface,control stepping motor, compares the advantages and disadvantages of these control modes, study PLC and the human-computer interface control servo motor. Combining with theoretical results, it is concluded that control
