南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 机场投资规模与风险管理方法研究 机场投资规模与风险管理方法研究 I I II II 摘 要 机场投资规模与风险管理方法研究，主要包括论述机场投资规模的确立依据和投资风险的评 估方法与规避策略，分析机场投资规模确立方法和投资风险的影响因素，研究投资与风险在机场 建设中的功能与定位、现代化机场的建设需求以及机场的建设与发展对地方经济乃至国家社会经 济发展的影响等内容。 本文首先介绍了机场的投资特点和投资模式，进而对机场投资规模进行了分析，给出了确立 机场投资规模时应注意的原则。接下来提出了确立机场投资规模的主要指标和辅助指标体系，并 研究了如何运用该指标体系确立机场的投资规模。 在上述研究基础上，本文着重研究了机场投资风险的识别、评估和规避方法。运用模糊综合 评价法对机场投资风险进行了深入的分析。论文以淮安涟水机场为例，用模糊综合评价法对其 存在的风险进行了定量的分析和评估。论文详细论述了机场投资风险的规避方法和步骤。 最后，本文研究了机场建设项目投资的过程控制和基本管理方法，并给出了机场建设项目的 风险控制方法。 关键词：机场、投资规模、投资风险、风险规避 Abstract Study of the airport investment and risk management, mainly includes demonstrating the basis for the establishment of investment scale and investment risk assessment methods and avoidance strategy of the airport,analyzing the established method and risk factors of airport investment,and researching Investment and risk in the airport construction and function, the building needs of modern airport and the impact of airport construction and development of local economy and even the national social and economic development. Firstly, this paper introduced the airport investment characteristics and investment patterns. This paper also analyzed the investment scale of the airport, and given the principles of establishing the investment scale of the airport. This paper further proposed the system of key indicators and auxiliary indicators to establish the investment scale of the airport, and researched how to using the index system to establishing the investment scale of the airport. Based on these studies, the paper focuses on Airport investment risk identification, assessment and avoidance methods. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to analysis airport investment risk in depth. Take Huai’an Lianshui airport as an example, the paper quantitatively analyzed and assessed its existing risk with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
