The leakage of the tail gate will cause the quality problems, leading to customer complaints. This paper introduces preventing tail gate leakage tail gate structure design, detailed analysis of the structure design, plate sealing surface and the process of pore structure and key factors, which puts forward the structure design, reduces the later problems and improves the quality of the products.
