PAGE PAGE I , 毕业设计(论文) 论文定稿 题 目 基于和谐社会构建的城市住区规划模式 论文题目：基于和谐社会构建的城市住区规划模式 摘 要 城市住区作为城市生活的重要组成部分，一直以来都是关注和研究的热点。近年来，随着我国工业化、城市化的快速发展，城市住区发展在取得了积极成果的同时，也存在着许多不足之处。资源耗竭、环境污染和生态破坏成为困扰当今人类住区健康、和谐、可持续发展的主要问题。在城市住区规划建设中，如何保护自然资源、特别是对不可再生资源的合理利用和节约使用；如何保护与延续历史文化遗产的精神内涵；如何对地区特性的各因素进行全面、综合的考察与发掘，探索符合我国国情的人居环境，是目前我们急需解决的问题。总结影响我国现代居住区居住环境的主要因素，保护与合理利用一切自然资源与能源，提高资源的再生和综合利用水平，使人、自然、环境融为一体。互惠互生，为人类提供方便、安全、宁静、优美的居住区，具有重要的现实意义。 正是基于对上述问题的认识和思考，本文通过对国内外城市住区规划相关理论与实践发展历程的回顾与分析，找出现如今我国和谐社会构建下的城市住区规划存在的问题，进行深入分析，探讨与研究生态居住区的相关理论，提出了生态居住区的规划设计方法，倡导规划设计时必须从人和自然的整体角度出发，对居住区生态规划与建设提出了初步的见解和基本方法，同时还对生态居住区规划的评价与实施进行了初步探讨，论文最后 对我国未来可持续发展住区建设做出了充满希望的展望。 关键词： 可持续发展，城市住区规划，绿色住宅，生态化 Subject: Based on the construction of harmonious society in urban residential planning mode ABSTRACT Urban residential have been concerned and research hotspot as an important part of urban life.
