灰色系统理论在电信行业中的应用 灰色系统理论在电信行业中的应用 专业：软件工程 硕士生：朱国华 指导教师：龙云亮教授 摘 要 继模糊数学之后，出现了灰色系统理论，用于处理信息不完整的系统，即 所谓灰色系统，并在许多领域取得了成功。 与模糊数学不同的是，灰色系统理论着重研究“外延明确、内涵不明确” 的对象。研究内容主要包括：灰色系统建模理论、灰色系统控制理论、灰色关联 分析方法、灰色预测方法、灰色规划方法、灰色决策方法等。 本文研究了灰色系统基本理论和灰色系统数学建模问题，这其中包括：序 列算子和灰色序列生成、灰色关联度、灰色聚类、GM模型的建立及其适用范围、 基于GM模型的各种预测方法，试图就灰色系统理论在电信领域的应用作初步的 探索，进一步证明灰色系统理论在现实中的应用价值。 本文第一章简述了课题研究背景以及灰色系统理论的历史；第二章介绍了 灰色系统理论的基本框架，回答了什么是灰色系统理论，它的研究内容和基本原 理、基本方法：第3、4、5章分别介绍了灰色关联分析、灰色聚类分析、灰色预 测等方法，并讨论了他们在电信业务分析、企业信息化评估、移动用户数增长量 预测中的应用，给出了应用实例。 关键词： 灰色系统理论电信灰色关联分析灰色聚类灰色预测 the the application of the Grey System Theory in telecommunication industry Major：Software Engineering Name：Zhu Guohua Supervisor：prof．Long Yunliang ABSTRACT Grey System Theory ensued after Fuzzy Mathematies，which ls used to address the system with unintegrated information，so—called grey system． It has succeeded in many application fields． The difference between the Fuzzy Mathematics and the Grey System Theory is that the object of the research‘‘extension is clear and definite and the intension is not clear and definite”is stressed to the Grey System Theory．Studying the content chiefly include：the grey system builds pattern theory and grey system control theory，interrelated analysis method of grey，grey forecasting method，grey planning method， grey policy decision method and on． This paper study basic theory of the Grey System Theory and mathematics modeling base on grey model．It includes sequence operator and grey sequence generation，degree of grey incidence，grey cluster，the establishment of model GM and some forecasting method base on model GM． This paper is devoted to the elementary research on the application of the Grey System Theory in telecommunication industry and prove the application value of the theory in reality of the grey system future． This paper contains five chapters．In chapter l，the background of this subject and the history of the Grey System Theory are addressed． In chapter 2，basic framework of the Grey System Theory，basi
