继电器电寿命试验中触点图像采集技术 THE TECHNOLOGY OF CONTACT IMAGE ACQUISITION IN RELAY ELECTRICAL ENDURANCE TEST ABSTRACT Relay is a kind of automatic control device. When the input value (voltage, current, temperature etc.) achieves a certain value ,the output circuit will have the broken or the separation .It has many merits such as quick ,stable ,service life is long , volume small .It is widely used in electric power protection, automatic control , correspondence , remote control, survey and many other application systems . For the systems’ reliability and safety, relays must be tested before getting out of the factory. Relay electrical life test is one of the important pilot experiments. Through the electrical life test, we not only can get the relay’s electrical life indicators, but also can analyze the disabled reasons. And it can provide an important basis for the product design. Therefore, the relay electrical life testing methods and the research of the electrical equipment are important fields for the researchers. Relay contact is a key component in switching function and it is an important factor in electrical endurance and service life. At present, as a result of the backward detecting methods in the electrical life test, the change of relay contact can not be viewed directly. The contact electrical erosion was only estimated through the contact voltage drop when it is closed and if the contact voltage exceeds the limitation when it is cut off. To solve this problem, this paper studies image acquisition equipment which contains the industrial computer, image collection card, camera .It described one relay contact surface parameter visualization examination method. Between each test the image of the relay contacts are real-time obtained and processed. It had laid the foundation for contacts superficial parameter examination. Software is the core of the system.
