上海交 上海交通大学工学硕士学位论文 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 集装箱码头装卸系统三阶段设备集成调度优化 摘 要 近年来随着国际经贸的快速发展，集装箱运输发展迅速，已成为国际贸易的 主要运输方式，在国际物流中发挥着至关重要的作用。集装箱码头是集装箱运输 系统中的枢纽环节，码头集装箱作业能力极大的影响着整个装卸作业系统的工作 效率。而提高集装箱码头物流作业效率对竞争愈发激烈的集装箱码头至关重要。 为研究集装箱码头集成调度问题，本文首先对集装箱码头单阶段集调度优化 问题进行了研究，分析了已有研究现状。并针对单装单卸作业模式下的三阶段设 备集成调度问题进行了研究，针对集装箱码头装卸作业的特点和本文研究的重点 内容，根据装卸作业设备的调整时间、阻塞约束以及岸桥碰撞约束等，并建立了 混合整数规划模型。最后提出了基于岸桥段设备作业能力的轮廓适合启发式算法 对该问题进行求解，以最大程度的减少机器阻塞或空闲的时间，提高系统整体的 作业效率。通过在数值实验中与低界进行比较，证明上述算法效果良好。另外， 对于规模较大的问题，该算法亦可进行有效的求解。 在对上述单装单卸作业模式下基础调度问题研究基础上，本文对在装卸混合 作业模式下的码头三阶段装卸设备集成调度问题进行了研究。提出了问题的混合 整数规划模型。通过析取图证明了解的可行性，并设计了混合遗传算法，通过一 个模板分割的方式生成可行解。利用数值实验对算法性能进行了验证，证明在采 取装卸混合模式进行作业时，装卸系统的整体效率较之采取单装单卸模式进行作 业有很大提高。 关键词：集装箱码头 集成调度 装卸混合 设备调整时间 第 I 页 上海交 上海交通大学工学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT INTEGRATED OPTIMAZITION OF THE SCHEDULING PROBLEM FOR THE THREE-STAGE EQUIPMENT OF CONTAINER HANDLING SYSTEM IN CONTAINER TERMINALS ABSTRACT With the rapid development of international trade and economic cooperation in recent years, the development of container transportation has been growing rapidly and becoming the main mode of transport for international trade, which played a significant role in the international logistics. Container Terminals are the pivotal junctions in the container transport system, and the ability of the terminal container operations greatly restricts the transport efficiency of the whole system.
